Arron has worked with teams across multiple continents and built teams without ever landing a foot in the country of those teams. His desire to grow high-performance teams has seen him recruit, support, and manage a diverse range of people, from non-traditional industries, nationalities and backgrounds.

Moving to Scotland from New Zealand in 2022 with his family, he has a love for golf, gin and whisky
