Nicole Hardiman

Nicole is the Director of Engineering at Flagstone, a leading cash deposit platform. With 25 years of experience in the technology sector, she has a varied career history spanning first line support, infrastructure, database administration, development, and beyond.

Nicole is passionate about diversity and inclusion initiatives and has brought her expertise from esteemed organisations such as the National Trust and Nationwide Building Society to Flagstone, where she supports engineers in achieving their best.

She advocates for leveraging career collateral to enhance cross-functional skills and career progression. As a neurodiversity evangelist, Nicole attributes part of her career success to her ADHD, actively promoting understanding and support for neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.

Additionally, she is a co-founder of the Swindon Inclusion and Diversity Network, dedicated to building inclusivity within her local community.
