Stuart Warner

Stuart began his career working on cutting-edge missile technology at MBDA Missile Systems UK as part of their prestigious graduate scheme. He then moved onto BAE Systems where he led the Combat System Architecture Team and later became the Lead Systems Engineer for Combat Systems on the latest SSN programme. Throughout these roles he was known for championing the need to implement Model Based Systems Engineering and high quality Requirements Management in an efficient manner to ensure longevity of the artefacts produced.

At Espanaro, Stuart will be responsible for developing and refining our internal systems engineering processes, supporting ongoing projects, and mentoring our engineering team. His ability to foster collaborative relationships and implement effective project management techniques will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and excel in our field.
